Supply Chain Management encompasses the planning and management of all activities involved in supply, procurement and conversion and all logistics and management activities. Includes coordination and collaboration with partners which could be suppliers, intermediaries, third party service providers and customers. In essence, Supply Chain Management integrates the management of the offer and demand, within and between companies.
